Ingredients:
Dry Mango Powder, Chickpeas, Chilli, Cloves, Coriander, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Ginger, Dry Fenugreek, Lemon Juice, Oil, Onion, Salt, Tomato Puree
How to Use:
Prepare Kabuli Chana:
Soak chana overnight and boil until soft.
(काबुली चना तैयार करें, चने को रातभर भिगोकर उबाल लें।)
Cooking Instructions:
Heat 5 tablespoons of ghee or oil in a pan. Add 1 tablespoon of cumin (jeera).
Add 2 tablespoons of onion paste and fry till golden brown.
(एक पैन में 5 टेबलस्पून घी/तेल गरम करें, उसमें 1 चम्मच जीरा डालें, 2 टेबलस्पून प्याज का पेस्ट डालें और सुनहरा होने तक भूनें।)
Add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste and fry well.
(1 टेबलस्पून अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट डालें और अच्छे से भूनें।)
Mix in 3 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes, 3 tablespoons of Surti Mix Chana Masala, and 1 tablespoon of red chili powder. Cook until the masala releases oil.
(3 टेबलस्पून कटे हुए टमाटर, 3 टेबलस्पून सूर्ति मिक्स चना मसाला, और 1 टेबलस्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर डालें, मसाले को तेल छोड़ने तक पकाएं।)
Add boiled Kabuli chana and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add diced paneer and roasted cashew nuts. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
