Ingredients:
Oil, Onion, Cashew Nut, Salt, Chilli, Milk Solids, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Garlic, Coriander, Dry Fenugreek Leaves, Cornstarch, Dry Ginger, Cumin, Green Cardamom, Cassia Bark (Taj), Clove, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf, Paprika, Turmeric, Mace, Caraway.
How to Use:
Prepare the Masala Paste:
Take 1 cup of milk or water and add Surti Mix Mutter Paneer Masala to make a paste.
(1 कप दूध या पानी में सुरती मिक्स मटर पनीर मसाला डालें और पेस्ट बनाएं।)
Cooking Process:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or butter in a pan.
Add 2–3 pureed tomatoes and cook well on low flame for 5 minutes.
(एक पैन में 2 बड़े चम्मच तेल या मक्खन लें और उसमें 2–3 टमाटर की प्यूरी डालें और धीमी आंच में 5 मिनट तक पकाएं।)
Mix the Masala:
Add the prepared Surti Mix paste and cook for 3–4 minutes until the masala leaves the ghee/oil.
(सुरती मिक्स पेस्ट डालें और 3–4 मिनट तक अच्छी तरह से पकाएं, जब तक घी/तेल मसाले से अलग न हो जाए।)
Add Main Ingredients:
Add paneer cubes, fresh green peas, and 1 cup of water. Cook well for another 5 minutes.
(पनीर क्यूब्स, ताजे हरे मटर और 1 कप पानी डालें और 5 मिनट के लिए अच्छी तरह से पकाएं।)
Final Touch:
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
