Surtimix Delicious Vada Pav Masala – स्‍वादिष्‍ट वडा पाव मसाला – Spicy & Flavorful Street-Style Blend

Ingredients:
Onion, red chilli, iodised salt, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander, cumin, clove, cinnamon, and acidity regulator (E330).

How to Use:

🔹 Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
Chop 400g of mixed vegetables (tomatoes, potatoes, cabbage, brinjal, and peas). Add them to a pan with 1 glass of water and boil.
(400 ग्राम मिक्स वेजिटेबल (टमाटर, आलू, पत्तागोभी, बैंगन, और मटर) को काटकर 1 गिलास पानी में डालकर उबालें।)

🔹 Step 2: Cook the Masala
In another pan, heat oil and butter, then add Surti Mix Pav Bhaji Masala and sauté for a few seconds.
(एक बर्तन में तेल और बटर गरम करें, फिर सुरती मिक्स पाव भाजी मसाला डालकर हल्का भूनें।)

🔹 Step 3: Blend & Cook
Grind the boiled vegetables into a smooth paste and cook with the masala for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
(उबली हुई सब्जियों को पीसकर मसाले में डालें और 5 मिनट पकाएं। हरे धनिये से गार्निश करके गरमागरम परोसें।)

💡 Tip: For extra richness, add a dollop of butter before serving.
