Surtimix Gujarati Dhokla Aata – गुजराती ढोकला आटा – Soft, Fluffy & Spongy Snack Mix

Ingredients:
Rice flour, chickpea, iodized salt, sodium bicarbonate (E500(ii)), citric acid (E330).

How to Use:

🔹 Step 1: Boil Water
Take 4.5 cups (675 ml) of water in a large vessel and bring it to a boil.

🔹 Step 2: Prepare the Batter
In another vessel, add 4.5 cups (675 ml) of water, 2 tablespoons of Surti Mix, and 3 tablespoons of oil. Stir well. Add 2 cups of "Talod Dhokla Flour" and mix to form a soft paste. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
(दूसरे बर्तन में ४.५ कप (६७५ मि.ली.) पानी, २ टेबलस्पून सुरती मिक्स और ३ टेबलस्पून तेल डालकर मिलाएं। फिर २ कप "तलौद ढोकला लोट" डालें और मुलायम मिश्रण बनाएं। १० मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें।)

🔹 Step 3: Steam the Dhokla
Divide the paste into two equal portions and spread evenly in plates. Place a stand in the boiling water and gently place one plate on it. Steam for 10 minutes. Repeat for the second plate.
(मिश्रण को दो भागों में बांटें और थालियों में फैलाएं। उबले हुए पानी में स्टैंड रखकर थाली रखें और १० मिनट तक भाप में पकाएं। इसी प्रकार दूसरी थाली भी पकाएं।)

🔹 Step 4: Serve
Cut the steamed Dhokla into small square or diamond shapes and serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney. For enhanced taste, add green chilies and grated ginger to the batter before steaming.
(ढोकला को छोटे चौकोर या डायमंड आकार में काटें और टमाटर सॉस या चटनी के साथ गरमा-गरम परोसें। ज्यादा स्वाद के लिए मिश्रण में हरी मिर्च और कद्दूकस किया हुआ अदरक डालें।)
