Ingredients:
Wheat flour, iodized salt, sodium bicarbonate (E500(ii)), and citric acid (E330).

How to Use:

🔹 Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Take the flour from the packet and add 350ml of water to make a soft dough. Add more water if needed. Mix a little oil to make the dough smooth. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
(थेपले के पैकेट से आटा लें। अब नरम आटा बनाने के लिए 350 मिली पानी डालें। जरूरत पड़ने पर और मिलाएं। चिकना बनाने के लिए थोड़ा तेल मिलाएं और 10 मिनट के लिए ढककर रख दें।)

🔹 Step 2: Rolling the Thepla
Divide the dough into 30 equal portions. Lightly flatten each portion and roll it into a 180mm (7-inch) circle using some wheat flour.
(आटे को 30 बराबर भागों में बाँट लें। हल्का सा चपटा करें और थोड़ा गेहूं का आटा लगाकर 180 मिमी (7 इंच) का गोल आकार दें।)

🔹 Step 3: Cooking the Thepla
Heat a pan (tava) and place the thepla on it. Cook on one side, flip, and cook the other side. Add a little oil and cook until golden brown. Serve hot with mango pickle and curd.
(तवा गरम करें और थेपला रखें। एक तरफ सेंकें, पलटें और दूसरी तरफ सेंकें। थोड़ा तेल डालकर सुनहरा होने तक पकाएं। आम के अचार और दही के साथ गरमागरम परोसें।)

💡 Tip: To make methi thepla, add chopped fenugreek leaves and yogurt to the dough.
