Ingredients
Onion powder, tomato powder, garlic, ginger, sugar, cashew nuts, Bengal gram, peanuts, sesame seeds, iodized salt, vegetable oil, and spices (red chili, coriander, turmeric, cumin, bay leaf, fennel, cassia).
How to Use
Step 1:
Mix the Kaju Gathiya mix with 2 cups of water to form a smooth paste.

Step 2:
Heat oil in a pan as required. Add 300 grams of ground tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes until aromatic.

एक पैन में आवश्यकतानुसार तेल लें, उसमें 300 ग्राम पिसा हुआ टमाटर डालें और 2-3 मिनट तक भूनें।
Step 3:
Add the prepared paste along with 100 grams of cashews and cook well. Pour in 2 cups of water and let it simmer until the gravy thickens.

तैयार की हुई पेस्ट में 100 ग्राम काजू डालें और अच्छी तरह भूनें। 2 कप पानी डालें और ग्रेवी के गाढ़ा होने तक पकाएं।
Step 4:
Garnish with 100 grams of Gathiya and fresh coriander. Serve hot and enjoy!
