Ingredients:
Onion, vegetable oil, iodised salt, red chilli, soya sauce, green chilli, ginger, garlic, ajinomoto, sugar, and black pepper.
How to Use:
Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
Take a pan and add oil. Add chopped green onion, capsicum, green garlic, cabbage, and carrot and cook for 2 minutes.
(1 पैन लें और उसमें तेल डालें। कटे हुए (हरा प्याज, शिमला मिर्च, हरा लहसुन, पत्तागोभी, गाजर) 2 मिनट तक पकाएं।)
Step 2: Add the Gravy
Add Surti Mix Gravy and mix 1 tablespoon of corn flour in 2 cups of water, then add it to the pan.

Step 3: Final Cooking
Add ready-made Manchurian Balls and cook for 2–3 minutes. Serve hot!
