Ingredients:
Onion, Garlic, Cashew Nut, Salt, Chilli, Milk Solids, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Coriander, Dry Fenugreek Leaves, Oil, Cornstarch, Dry Ginger, Cumin, Green Cardamom, Cassia Bark (Taj), Clove, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf, Paprika, Turmeric, Mace, Caraway, Dry Mango Powder.
How to Use:
Prepare the Masala Paste:
Take 1 cup of milk or water and add Surti Mix Paneer Tikka Masala to make a paste.
(1 कप दूध या पानी लें और उसमें सुरती मिक्स पनीर टिक्का मसाला डालकर पेस्ट बना लें।)
Prepare the Paneer:
Barbecue the paneer cubes or deep-fry them in oil.
(पनीर के टुकड़ों को बारबेक्यू करें या तेल में डीप फ्राई करें।)
Cooking Process:
Take the required amount of oil or Clarified Butter in a pan and add 2–3 pureed tomatoes.
(एक पैन में ज़रूरत के हिसाब से तेल या मक्खन लें और उसमें 2-3 टमाटर की प्यूरी डालें।)
Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
(धीमी आंच पर 5 मिनट तक पकाएँ।)
Mix the Masala:
Add the Surti Mix paste and cook well for 3–4 minutes until the masala leaves the ghee.
(सुरती मिक्स पेस्ट डालें और 3-4 मिनट तक अच्छी तरह पकाएँ जब तक कि यह घी न छोड़ दे।)
Final Cooking:
Add paneer cubes and 1 cup of water. Cook for another 5 minutes.
(पनीर के टुकड़े, 1 कप पानी डालें और 5 मिनट तक अच्छी तरह पकाएँ।)
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle fresh coriander on top and serve hot.
